Is Brooke free for families?
Yes. Searching, comparing and contacting agencies is free. We never charge families.
How does Brooke make money?
Agencies can pay a flat monthly fee for a Claimed ($99) or Featured ($299) profile. We never take a commission or a fee per placement.
Do you list every agency?
We aim to list every licensed and registered home care agency in the counties we cover, whether or not they pay us. We currently cover Burlington, Mercer and Camden counties.
Where does the state record come from?
From public records published by the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs and the NJ Department of Health, plus Medicare Care Compare for certified home health agencies.
Can an agency pay to remove a bad record or review?
No. State records and published reviews appear the same way on every profile, whatever the agency pays.
What happens when I contact an agency?
Your details go only to the agencies you choose, and only after you agree. We do not sell your information.
How are reviews verified?
A verified badge means we confirmed the reviewer received care from the agency. Every review is read by a person before it is published.
