How we make money
Free for families. No commissions, ever.
Most referral sites earn a commission each time a family signs with an agency. We think that creates the wrong incentive, so we do not do it.
What agencies can pay for
- Agencies can pay a flat $99 a month for a Claimed profile with photos, updated details and replies to reviews.
- Agencies can pay $299 a month for a Featured profile, shown first in their county with a visible Featured label.
Every agency gets a free Basic listing with its full state record, whether or not it pays.
What we never do
- Charge families anything
- Take a commission or fee per placement
- Hide, soften or remove state enforcement actions
- Remove or edit honest reviews because an agency pays
- Share your contact details without your consent
Why a flat fee
A flat monthly fee means we earn the same whether you call one agency or ten, and whether you choose a paying agency or a free one. Our only incentive is to make the directory useful enough that families keep using it.
How Featured placement works
Featured agencies appear at the top of their county pages with a clear Featured label. Below them, agencies are sorted by the option you choose: rating, number of reviews, or name. A Featured agency with a state action still shows that action on its card and profile.
