What we collect

You can browse Brooke without giving us any personal information. If you send a request to an agency, write a review, or claim a profile, we collect what you enter in that form, such as your name, email, phone number, county and care needs.

How we use it

• To send your request to the agencies you choose, and only those agencies.
• To moderate reviews before they are published.
• To verify and respond to agencies claiming a profile.

When we share it

We only share your contact details with an agency when you tick the consent box and choose that agency. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or lead buyers.

Reviews

Published reviews show your relationship to the person receiving care, and a first name if you provide one. Your email is never published.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics to count page views. It does not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete information you have submitted by emailing privacy@brooke.example. We will respond within 30 days.
